Create a healthy salmon dish is just under 30 mins, by creating your own seasoning rub and veggies on the side.
Welcome to the scoop on my special seasoning.....
I combine this into one small canister and mix all these spices together and then season to taste. (I use 1/3 of each and mix all together)
CUMIN, PAPRIKA, SEASONED GARLIC PEPPER, SEA SALT, MRS. DASH ORIGINAL, PARSLEY FLAKES, ALL SPICE.
Season to Taste
Depending on my dinner for the evening, I season to taste, but but for this recipe I just make sure an even layer of seasoning on the fish. Then I add lemon slices, fresh garlic, and green onion.
Add salmon to clear baking pan wrapped in foil and set oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 30 mins
Here is our broccoli recipe using the same seasoning as the salmon.
2 pounds of fresh broccoli heads
1/2 of onion sliced
3 small cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of veggie broth
1tsp of grape seed oil
1tsp of earth balance vegan butter
