Chicken over Garden Fresh Veggies

WOW! How do you start a cooking blog? This one is hard but lots have asked so we will try our very best to deliver. Measurements (out the window) I use a term called "eyeball it"... Let's Get Cookin'...the SNOB way of course :)

This delicious dish is sure to turn heads, savory flavors and beautiful rich colors are sure to amaze your guest! Guess what's, the best part of this recipe is that it's SUPER EASY.
All you need for all our meals is the simple base; Fresh Garlic, White Onion, Green Onion, Grape seed Oil, and Fresh Parsley.
Snob Grocery List:
1 Green , Red, and Yellow Pepper
1 White Onion & Green Onion
Tsp of Minced Garlic
Seasoned Pepper, Sea Salt, Parsley, Paprika, and Cumin
Veggie Broth and Grape Seed Oil
Asparagus
4-5 pieces of chicken thigh; add veggie broth, garlic, onion and seasoning to container (eye ball seasoning). Add all and let it sit in fridge for 2-6 hours. Use cast iron skillet add oil and butter; add chicken pieces into the skillet cook 3-5 minutes on each side; Add additional veggies to skillet and cover for 25 minutes and VIOLA (((serve))).This dish can be served over white rice, quinoa, or beans.
